The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient - close to a metro station and within walking distance to the center. The hotel facilities, especially the pool and rooftop bar, were fantastic.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. its location in a business area near the metro station Glóries was incredibly convenient for me. The area was also very quiet, which allowed me to have a peaceful and relaxing stay. Secondly, the room amenities were top-notch! The mini-bar, ironing facilities and tea and coffee facilities were really handy. I was also impressed with how soundproofed the room was - it felt like my private sanctuary. Lastly, the staff was exceptional. Room service and laundry were easily available and the tours/ticket assistance was helpful.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in the area.

We loved the modern design of the hotel, and the comfortable bed made for a great night's sleep. The rooftop pool and terrace were perfect for taking in the sun. Friendly staff and easy access to public transportation made exploring the city a breeze. a great stay!

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel with excellent transport links! Just a short walk from the metro station, we made it to all the sights easily. Plus, the hotel's restaurant was top-notch with a variety of delicious options. The room was clean and comfortable with great views of the city. The staff provided exceptional service and made us feel at home. The rooftop pool was the cherry on top of a perfect holiday!

Some of the other guests didn't seem to have the same experience and had issues with the staff.

we did notice some ongoing work on the rooftop, which was a bit disappointing. the pool was also great, although it was too cold. It would have been better if they heated the water. the beds were comfortable and the WiFi was fine. the location of the hotel was fantastic, with attractions like the Sagrada Familia and the beach within walking distance. the metro was also easily accessible, making it convenient to explore the city.

The staff at the hotel were not friendly and seemed untrained in customer service. the bars were rarely open, and when they were, it took forever to get a drink.
